Faithful No Matter the Cost

We are called to proclaim the word of God and the testimony of Jesus Christ just like John was, but just like John there is a cost to sending that Gospel forward. The thought of going and speaking the Word again turned John's stomach, but he was faithful to record and send out everything he saw even from isolation on the island of Patmos. We follow his lead and when we follow Christ who bore the cross because of the joy on the other side. We know that there is a cost but we also know the love of God.
