FAITHFULNESS IN THE LITTLE THINGS

Scripture: Luke 16:10 "Whoever is faithful with very little will also be faithful with much..." God values our faithfulness in the small, unseen areas of life just as much as the big, visible ones. Jesus teaches us that how we handle the little things reveals the true condition of our hearts and determines our readiness for greater responsibilities. Faithfulness in the little things may look like showing up on time, keeping promises, praying consistently, or being honest even when no one is watching. These small acts build character and trustworthiness. God watches how we manage what we have now before entrusting us with more. Many people wait for a big opportunity to serve or lead, but overlook the importance of daily obedience and consistency. In God’s kingdom, greatness begins with humble beginnings. When we are diligent in what seems insignificant, we prepare the soil for larger blessings to grow. Today, ask yourself: Am I being faithful in the small things God has given me? What daily habits reflect my readiness for more? Prayer: Almighty Father, help me to be faithful in the little things. Teach me to value what You’ve placed in my hands today and to steward it with diligence and integrity. Prepare me for greater things by refining me in the small. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
