Faiza Yunus on The Power of Connection in Times of Crisis

Faiza Yunus from QSpace Counselling specialises in working with women who have gone through trauma such as domestic abuse, grief and loss or difficult life transitions such as divorce or separation. She shares how she followed her intuition to choose coaching as a career when she was a single mum knowing she didn't want a 9-5 and how Islam helps you feel a sense of enoughness as a woman so you don't get caught up comparing your journey with others. Faiza shares how asking yourself "who's on your team?" can help you discover your resources to get out of sticky situations and how the messy middle as an analogy in life can help explain the process we all go through when it's time to make a change.
