In this day of digital media, Fake News has muddied the waters of discernable truth. One of the ways this shows up is in the portrayal of fathers. They are seen as a bumbling idiot, continually rescued by their eye-rolling wives. God created man to display His very own image, and his purpose is to subdue enemies while refusing to be ruled by fear. The resulting product is caring husbands, tender fathers and men who are lion killers.
