When you fall in love, your body needs extra fuel, and the pancreas releases insulin so your cells absorb sugar, making you feel full of life. That is why people feel “butterflies in the stomach.” Love is connected to the solar plexus, the place of personal power, not just the heart. Since birth, we link love with food our first love is milk from our mothers. That is why eating together feels like sharing love. Love helps us evolve. When we stop learning or growing with someone, the feeling may fade. True love adapts and transforms, guiding us into new stages of life. Culture created ideas of soulmates or lifelong romance, but love itself is universal energy that pushes us to change and become who we are meant to be.These texts and audios are inspired by Matias de Stefano and the I AM Path journey shared in Egypt during 2020/21.
