This is the extended interview with longtime journalist, activist and friend of the Iraqi people Donna Mulhearn. As I type this, Fallujah is in the grip of brutal warfare. Again. For the 5th time in 13 years, the people of Fallujah are surrounded by warfare, including Australian warplanes.
