False Doctrine #2. Generational Curses

from disciple disciplines · host Glenn Ford.

Ep. 22 False Doctrine #2 Generational Curses. In this episode of our 'removing the religious glasses series'. I bring to light the false doctrine of generational curses. If you have been in the church for some time, you probably have heard this taught. The teaching says that if you are suffering from a recurring infirmity or curse like situation, then you probably are under a generational curse that was passed down to you from a grandfather or some other person in your lineage. This teaching is a heresy, and like all heresies, they keep people in bondage. The truth is, if you are born again, then old things (including all your generations) have passed away. Another truth is that this doctrine was not even a fact under the old covenant. In this episode, we will go through the scriptures both new testament and old testament and discover that this doctrine is indeed a false and hindering doctrine. You will learn the truth about who God is and what He has done for us through Jesus Christ our Lord. What is taught? The importance of bible interpretation (1:44) The teaching of Generational Curses (3:34) What Christ has done for us and our new life in Him. (5:06) How do we get in Christ (7:54) If you have recurring problems. (24:42) How to help others get free (29:04) Where did this false doctrine come from (31:44) Simply by reading the bible, we can easily find the truth and overcome this (and all) false doctrine. What is the truth (33:48) An important word on how to be free and stay free (40:06) Note. FREE Downloads of previous episodes mentioned. Bible Interpretation. The Power Of Baptism. The power of Baptism - Video. **Plus an extra bonus video on baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, not in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.*** In the name of Jesus.
