False Pride

False Pride. We like to think of ourselves as belonging to a great civilization. We chant U.S.A., U.S.A. at gatherings, but there's nothing worse than false pride. If there's a collapse in the economy, inflation won't be contained when there's a shortage of oil. People won't be peaceful when they can't fillup their cars at gas stations. Politicians claim EV's will save the Earth's climate when in truth it's an attempt to disguise oil's in short supply.
