My recent book Mindscaping focuses on practical steps individuals can take to increase happiness, health, and wellbeing. I teach several courses, including Goal Setting Challenge and Happiness Challenge, each with over 4,000 studentsI also enjoy creating rap and poetry. I teach courses on these subjects as well with over 10,000 students.
