Born in Tel Aviv, Israel, Noa currently resides in New York City with her family, where she studies global policy at Teachers College, Columbia University. She is the founder of Helpi, a nonprofit micro-volunteering platform, and was a Forbes 30 Under 30 shortlist nominee in 2020.Joining Noa is Rom Barnea, a multidisciplinary cultural entrepreneur based in Tel Aviv. Rom is a producer, photographer, social activist, and curator. As the co-founder and creative director at Pendulum, he brings a wealth of experience in creating impactful media projects that address social issues.Together, Noa and Rom founded PENDULUM, a production company dedicated to creating films, workshops, and campaigns for various communities, including refugees, peace activists, people with special needs, and youth-at-risk.
