Family First

from Invisible Choir · host Reach Freaks

In 2014, the death of a 36 year-old Christina Thompson Harris was suspicious for more than a few reasons. However, law enforcement in the small city of Davison, MI didn’t see it that way, and the case was pushed to the wayside for years. As Christina’s family slowly learned more details surrounding their loved one’s death, the more her sisters were compelled to uncover the truth. Like the old saying goes, If you want something done right you’ve got to do it yourself…even if that means independently building a case and solving a homicide.   Written by Michael Dunphy Jr., Executive Produced by Michael Ojibway.  Special Thanks to Patricia Hutchinson & Katrina Sharon.   Visit Invisible Choir on the web:  Patreon - Invisible Choir Premium:  https://www.patreon.com/InvisibleChoir  Website:  https://www.invisiblechoir.com/  Facebook:  https://www.facebook.com/InvisibleChoirPodcast/ Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/invisiblechoir/ Twitter: https://twitter.com/InvisibleChoir   Written/Audio Sources:  Hearing today for Michigan man accused of killing wife by spiking her cereal with heroin Husband accused of spiking wife's cereal with heroin speaks  Can Michigan mother’s breast milk reveal who killed her? Through our show, we hope to deconstruct these power structures and to create a space of relearning. As we share our stories, we hope that you will share yours. Together we can show that blackness means many things, that it is comprised of many stories, and that many voices make our choir.
