Family Law: The World of Surrogacy with Dr. Matthew Retzloff

from Talk Law Radio Podcast · host Todd Marquardt

Hollywood has done a great job stigmatizing the process of surrogacy as a threat of "the other woman" or challenging the womanhood of those who may have unknown obstacles, the mental/biological/ethical challenges that the parties involved may face from their community, doctors, or even the laws in their state/country. Tune in when we are joined with Matthew G. Retzloff, MD, to educate us of the factors one must consider in this complex journey of family planning. Dr. Retzloff is a board certified Reproductive Endocrinologist and Infertility specialist with over 20 years of experience. He is part of the fertility specialty team at the Fertility Center of San Antonio, TX, and an expert educator/speaker in the area of minimally invasive fertility sparing surgery and assisted reproductive technologies(ART). He is a member of numerous scientific societies including the American Society for Reproductive Medicine(ASRM), the Society for Assisted Reproductive Technology(SART) and is a Fellow of the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
