Family Matters
from Nappi & Jay Hosted by Nappi & Jay
In today’s Meat the boys talk about hydro flasks, dating goals, ego, and familial pressures. But first, Nappi discusses blocked numbers, moving away from home, and talking shit about small dicks. Then, Jay evaluates different ways to avoid being robbed and murdered. Everyday we navigate through a multitude of expectations that are placed on us by society, friends, employers, teachers, and family members. For most people these expectations shape the way they choose to live their lives. But should it? In today’s episode, the boys talk about the pressures and expectations that their families place on them. As Will Smith said in the Pursuit of Happiness, “Don’t ever let somebody tell you.. You can’t do something. Not even me. You got a dream... You gotta protect it.”
