Family Medical History, Food, Fun in Medical Practice

  Whither the Family Medical History?  As a family fanatic in a "Families Only" practice, I love the FMH and use it daily- over and over again.  It's rich and useful and ever changing.  A JAMA Viewpoint will be the stimulus for my comments. Food:  It's killing us and saving us at the same time.  Get a fork! is one of my current dogmas.  Is it that simple?  No wheat. More nuts.  More forks.?
