Family Plane Vanishes Off Bahamas | Miami News

A small plane carrying four family members — 80-year-old pilot Mario Lamar, his 79-year-old wife Lili, and their grandchildren Sofia and Christian — vanished Monday en route from the Bahamas to Florida. Search teams from the U.S. Coast Guard and Bahamian authorities are racing against time to locate the Piper PA-34, last seen near Red Bays, North Andros. Severe weather forced a temporary pause in operations, but hope remains as crews prepare to resume once conditions improve. A relative has urgently appealed for public help in bringing this family home. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
