Family Tradition — the Parklane Lady Pioneers tournament-winning basketball team, then (1993) and now (2025), live at the Fit Life Sports Plex

On this week's episode of The Corner Blitz, we celebrate the Parklane Academy girls' win in the MAIS Overall Basketball Tournament one month ago, and 32 years ago. Five members of the 2025 squad, and three from the last team to win it all in 1993 (two of those being mommas of the current team). Bradley and Adam also talk about how payola has ruined college athletics (again), break down the do's and don'ts of girls' flag football, and pour one out for the late George Foreman. Manuel Scott captures images. Andrew Nations converts electricity into soundwaves. Benji Embry, Bradley Creel and Adam Northam do the talking. The Corner Blitz is a product of Southwest Media Group.
