  Family Y's - Episode 2   This episode, we sit down with Jay Csipkes. Jay works as Regional Sales Executive of Royal Neighbors of America (RNA). He has been with them for 7 years now. Prior to that, Jay ran his own agency. At that time, he had around 25 agents selling senior based products under him, back in 2002.    He gained valuable experience and perspective during that time in his life. His learning included things like, how to balance running a company, a family and a gained clarity on what he really wanted in life (his why). He realized his why was his Family,  and to teach his children to be successful adults who contribute to society so he started molding his life accordingly.   When Jay first came across RNA, he knew it had untapped potential and felt he could be help them take their business higher.
