本集帶大家了解蘭嶼傳統節日—好月節，感恩上帝祝福島上農作物能順利成長，人人都能平安喜樂。好月節以慶祝小米豐收為主，每年約在國曆12月份開始種植小米，各個村莊種植時間不盡相同，大都避開颱風季節，現在會一起種不同的水果，但以前只有種甘蔗跟蘭嶼鳳梨、南瓜等。以前豐年祭都是各家族辦理，並不是全村一起舉辦，小米收割完會分發至各家族，分發前都放置在總召集人家裡，收割小米與分發小米前都會殺豬，表示祝福。在過去物資缺乏的年代，小米是產婦坐月子的主食，也是颱風季節的救命糧食；在開墾土地時，會贈以小米作為協助開墾者的回饋；以及男性家人到小蘭嶼捕魚時，家中婦女會準備小米待其返航時享用......等多種用途。 Powered by Firstory Hosting
