We talk about the rest of Kelenic's tier at outfield and where we might be looking to grab outfielders in our leagues. We discuss some of the draft values and ADPs that don't make sense to us as we look through the ranks. We discuss how ranks and tiers should be used as you work through your roto drafts as needs may drive your draft picks, as much as the players themselves. There are a number of young outfielders that we think are worthy of taking a shot on draft's progress, unlike CBA talks.
