"Fantasy Folk"

"That feeling...when your only friend in the whole-wide-world is a giant mythological bird." Rebecca Jasso has a voice that fits so naturally with the classic voices of American folk music--timeless, free, and curiously familiar. Her music, soft but engaging, will take you along with her, into the wintry forests of her latest project, a "fantasy folk" concept album. Today's episode will introduce you to Rebecca and her music, and will give you a look into the life of a model Midwestern folk singer/songwriter. Purchase this performance on Bandcamp.
