How he avoids writer's block. How he keeps his nervous system clean so he can be a vessel. An example of being embodied while being scared of abandonment. "Yogic revealing" How does it feed the masculine to see the range of the feminine? Why would I show a man my ditsy, fun side when I’m supposed to be strong - what if I look dumb? Why being in your head and being analytical is not being embodied. “Embodiment at its core is really a journey into who you are. That’s why people are craving it.” Taboo definition - the dark sexual energy and examples - dirty talk, cutting, defilement, bondage. We all have some dark sexual energy - it’s been repressed in most of us. The gifts that our taboos can teach us. Madelyn reveals her taboo. “Defiling with love” “Sex is the deepest yoga.” "When you activate and open your heart, you then practice into the darker realms and a clearing will take place." How do we know when it’s time to leave a relationship? John's stance on dating and dating apps. The big mistake people make is that they don’t spend time alone and develop their gifts and their capacity to be with themself. "When you become full and radiant with your feminine expression, you don't need a dating app." "If you can’t be alone, then you can’t be in a relationship."
