Fara Gorsi, the ICC Americas Regional Development Manager, comes on the podcast to talk about her journey as a female cricket pioneer. Prior to taking on the role as the first female head administrator for the ICC Americas region in the summer of 2017, Gorsi was the first female to be registered as a player agent with the England & Wales Cricket Board. Gorsi talks about life growing up in Manchester as one of nine children in a sports loving family that fostered her live of cricket, as well as the rest of her life journey which has led her to her current position at the ICC Americas headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado, where she oversees the development of all Associate countries in North & South America and the Caribbean.
