Farewell Doug

This journey, Ryan and Chip bid a final farewell to Eagles Head Coach Doug Pederson. It has been a long journey with lots of ups and downs, but what was the final straw for Jeffrey Lurie? An even bigger question, why is Howie Roseman still with the organization? Everyone besides Howie has been fired, doesn't that seem odd? The only way that Howie should stay is by giving up draft responsibility to John Dorsey. The Sixers are forced to play with a skeleton crew and the NBA continues to hold the Boston Celtics hands through a similar issue. Joel Embiid has a point when he says, "THEY HATE THE PROCESS."
