Fastest Chicken Dijon on the Planet
from The 60-Second Food Schmooze · host Connecticut Public Radio
Chicken Dijon sounds fancy but it’s the easiest and fastest thing to make on a busy weeknight. You only need three things — panko breadcrumbs from the supermarket, chicken breasts, and Dijon mustard. Preheat the oven to 375°. Put the panko crumbs on a plate. Brush the chicken breasts with mustard, then press the chicken into the crumbs until both sides of the breasts are coated. Place them on a baking sheet and bake them for 35 or 45 minutes. Cut into them to make sure they’re done. Three things: panko breadcrumbs, Dijon mustard and chicken breasts.
