Biggie (aka Emiguel Arroyo) had accepted his fate living at over 600 pounds, until a medical emergency led him to hear a doctor tell his father not to expect him to live to see 40. He was 36 years old and facing the reality of his health condition, finally. What follows is far from a clean clear path and we get into it all.
