Fat Spliff

Serial Killaz & Mad Sam roll up the Fat Spliff EP, a four-track release strictly for the herbalists, on Serial Killaz Recordings. The duo teams up with Bristol-based dancehall artist Mad Sam for a full-powered salute to the time-honored ritual of firing up the herb. Built around the title track “Fat Spliff,” this high-grade drum & bass anthem sees Mad Sam deliver his verses in his trademark gravel-lined tone that rumbles like distant thunder, while Serial Killaz unleash their signature breakbeat carnage. If you’ve ever felt the bass hit just right while exhaling a cloud into the night sky, this one’s for you. Next, "Big Bombaclart" cranks up the pressure, bringing in rising Durham based producer Leon for a stomping, sonic assault that packs enough weight to shake up the session—whether you're deep in the dance or posted up with the crew. Both vocal tracks are backed by their instrumental versions, giving DJs and MCs the tools to spark their own fire. The Fat Spliff EP is the perfect soundtrack for late-night roll-ups, early-morning afters, and every head-nodding moment in between—light it up, play it loud, and let the smoke rise.
