Fatal North County Crash, Oceanside Pier Reopens, Murdered Surfers Memorial

At least four people were killed in a head-on crash near Fallbrook. It happened late last night along SR-76 about a mile east of the I-15. The Oceanside Pier is back open this weekend after a fire damaged part of the iconic landmark.
