We also look at war diaries and the Midlands history behind the famous British Mills Bomb.We hear the sad story of a German flying ace whose memory was tainted by political propaganda some twenty years after his death, the drunken antics of a newly-promoted Black Watch officer, and look at the tragic execution of two British soldiers for desertion.
