Curtis earned three degrees from Northern Illinois University: Doctor of Education (EdD) in Adult Education and Knowledge Management, Master of Business Administration (MBA), and B.S. in Organizational Business Management. He works at the intersection of KM, AI, and the digital employee experience—at companies including LinkedIn, Blend, Zendesk, Amgen, Kellogg, and Deloitte.Curtis worked at Deloitte from 2008 to 2012 as collaboration analyst and community coordinator. I knew of him through his blog and website before we became colleagues. In the community coordinator role, he was a valuable member of the communities team that I led.
