FAVOUR THAT DISTINGUISHES

Psalm 5:12 (KJV)For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.Favour is God’s mark of distinction upon a person’s life. It is the supernatural influence that causes people, systems, and opportunities to respond positively to you. When God surrounds you with favour, you become preferred where others are merely present. Joseph was in a foreign land, yet God’s favour distinguished him in Potiphar’s house, in the prison, and eventually in Pharaoh’s palace. Favour is a mark of distinction that God places on you to display His approval of your family, your business, finances, and career. Favour lifts, promotes, and accelerates. It breaks protocol, silences opposition, and opens doors that effort cannot open. When favour rests on you, what is difficult for others becomes simple for you. Favour is not something you pursue; it’s something you position yourself to carry through obedience, humility, and intimacy with God.PRAYER FOR TODAYLord, surround me with favour as a shield.
