This week for Episode 97 we are finishing up our discussion on the FBI Miami Shootout from 1986. This episode is covering the series of bank robberies, a possible murder at a popular target shooting quarry and the 5 minute long shootout between Michael Platt, William Matix and 8 Special Agents from the FBI's Reactive Squad that was formed to try and stop the bank robberies. These Agents really didn't know what they were stepping into, they fought for their lives against the pair of Platt and Matix. Matix would be a very small factor in the fight but, Michael Platt was very aggressive and highly armed. What he wasn't prepared for was Special Agent Edmundo Mireles.
