It’s the FBOTD Minisode Miniseries debut! What the heck does that mean? You, my friend, are asking the right questions. We decided to take the ideas of Episode 23 of That’s Rad about fun beverages and expand it into a miniseries! These episodes are going to be a little shorter, and maybe a little less scripted and edited. But never fear! We’re not cutting out any of the learning opportunities, personal stories from guests, or random musings from host Anastasia. For episode one, Anastasia invited Andras Hadik of KIS Kombucha of VT to close out the summer and Eat Local Month. They’re talking about how the company got started (we’re still looking for you mysterious scoby lady!), the health benefits of fermented beverages, and why kombucha is your perfect end of summer FBOTD.
