FCC Series -Ep10 - Doing The Work

Welcome to episode 10 of the Fiercely Courageous Conversations podcast with Dr Rebecca Ray and myself, Monica Kade. Our aim is to provide thoughtful insight around how as women we limit ourselves from truly expressing who we are and how this manifests into our professional and personal lives. Today’s topic is ‘Doing the Work’. But you might ask, what ‘work’ are actually talking about? Well, we’re going to talk about two different kinds, one is self awareness and the inner work and 2) the creative work. 
See, whatever we yearn to create in our lives, whatever the dream is we wish to bring to fruition, it will require physical and creative work, and it will also ask of us to have done the inner work first and this continues along our way. If you think you can get by without doing it, you’re out of luck. Well, I mean, you can try… But if you’re listening to this podcast, chances are your the type of person who’s willing.
