Fear and Freedom (…they go hand in hand)

They come together.That stopped me because my whole life I have been fighting for freedom. Inside mostly. The emotional and mental kind. Freedom from suffering, from fear, from the grip of an early life that required me to fight for my own safety before I even had language for what was happening to me.And I have also felt fear most of my life. So why did it take me this long to put those two things together.This episode is about what happens when you realize that fear showing up does not mean you are off track. It might mean the opposite. Alignment does not mean an absence of fear, it means you recognize that fear comes with it. 💡We do not get to freedom by eliminating fear, we get there by learning to move with it. And I have been moving with it my whole life.
