Fear and Regret - 2 Sides of the Same Coin?

Have thoughts or ideas? Please share here!Who hasn't done something they regret? Probably everyone? But how many times have you not done something and regretted it? Why did you decide to forego a particular opportunity? Was it something you knew or ought to have known not to do, or was it something that had too many unknowns? What keeps us from making choices that will have a happy outcome? We don't have the power of a crystal ball but we do have the power of hindsight. So while we may not be able to predict the future, we can learn from previous decisions that maybe we should take the path less travelled and have an experience that is both memorable and free of regret.
