Fear / Kick fear in the A$$

You may claim to be a fearless wonder of the world. But the truth is every one has fears.  People have lives consumed with fear and take meds to get by. Some just worry about more simple mundane things like public speaking or roller coasters. While few truly face the fear of death doing a dangerous job, being attacked by a tiger, or eating enough to survive another day. Truth is, the majority of people in the world are experiencing the safest times ever known. Very rarely does anyone struggle for anything. I see supposed homeless and poor people who are fat and have a cell phone! So why is fear so prevalent? We are surrounded by TV's, computers, and phones non-stop talking about what you should fear. Then people of course love to gossip about the latest statistics around crime, pandemics, wars, etc.  It's going to take conscious steps to accomplish things if fear is holding you back. So this episode covers putting fear in its place behind you as you move forward. I mean all fears big or small! Use any or all of these steps I discuss to accomplish your mission.
