FEAR LESS Society
from FEAR LESS Society · host Shawna Baca
When I was twenty-one, I suffered from a panic disorder and agoraphobia that left me sequestered inside my home for over a year until my Indigenous mother took me to see a Medicine Man, who cured me that night inside a sweat lodge ceremony. As a survivor of mental illness, I started the FEAR LESS Society as an open discussion on all things mental health related including both traditional and non-traditional forms of healing as well as body • mind • spirit topics for self awareness and care.
