Fear Less vs Fearless

Welcome to Fear Less February!! We’re focusing the month of February on the topic of Fear and taking continuing to take pioneering action throughout it. The month is geared towards transformation: transforming as individuals, as leaders, as teams, as communities, and as cultures. There’s an important distinction that applies for us Pianeers throughout the month, which will be explored more thoroughly as days go by. Distinction: “FEAR LESS vs FEARLESS” Fear as an emotion and feeling is incredibly powerful. As Pioneer leaders, one of our goals is leveraging ALL of us to create impact, income, and influence. So we don’t want to cut fear out completely. Get ready for an experience that is specifically geared towards helping you play a bigger / different game now rather than later.
