Fear of Failure

This feeling specifically of fear of failure, really propelled me to do great things early in my career. The fear of failure pushed me to work harder, innovate and never settle for mediocrity. While this was most certainly a powerfully driving force, I also began to recognize that I needed to temper it with a positive mindset. Embrace your fear and use it as a catalyst for action. Don't let it paralyze you, instead, channel it into determination and drive. Continue to remind yourself that fear of failure is your fear, it's part of the journey.
