FEAR RULES THE DAY UNTIL LEADERS STEP IN WITH COURAGE MULTIPLIED THROUGH MINDSET

FEAR RULES THE DAY UNTIL LEADERS STEP IN WITH COURAGE MULTIPLIED THROUGH MINDSET “Your attitude is both your choice and your best defense against the fear others use to make you more predictable. Fear will rule the day if you let it. Those who have designs on controlling your work, your wealth and your way of life will use fear as a tool of control over you. A leader who has faced fear and stood strong against it has developed their courage muscle and you need to have them in your corner. When the team begins to adopt the mindset of a courageous leader, the force of courage is multiplied. Great leaders lead with a courage based mindset rather than controlling through fear. Be that kind of leader” J Loren Norris Watch the video Leading Leaders Podcast 3-1-23: http://www.jlorennorris.com/podcast/fear-rules-the-day-until-leaders-step-in-with-courage-multiplied-through-mindset Leading Leaders Podcast for Tell It Like It Is TV https://anchor.fm/j-loren-norris/support CLICK HERE for the FREE StoryPower Assessment - https://form.jotform.com/222696275293163
