Fear is one of the most common negative emotions common to humans and it shows up in a lot of different flavors: we feel worried, anxious, tense, scared, afraid, terrified, panicked, nervous, uneasy, uptight. Fear is an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain or a threat. Don’t you wish you could shake it?
