Fears can be very irrational yet seemingly relevant to be aware of when it comes to growing as individuals. Every fear has a reason or experience behind its existence in our minds and in our lives. Every season of our lives presents brand new opportunities for fears and anxieties to cripple our way of thinking, believing and operating in life. We can’t ever be rid of fears completely, but we do have the amazing opportunity to learn how to remain in a space of awareness that fears are real and that we can overcome them by developing a mindset that doesn’t run from fear but fiercely faces it instead.
