Feature Story by Burt Kempner: 'Hope Resurgent'

I’ve heard it said that hope is pernicious because it’s based in the future and prevents one from living in the eternal Now. I don’t buy it. I hold with the Iroquois that making major decisions based on how it will affect the next seven generations is just and honorable and I hope it will become the guiding principle of the post-Corporate Age. Skeptics can call me naïve or misguided, and they may well be right, but my fellow writers and I are going to keep telling the story. They can’t close their ears forever.  This feature story is found in 'The Hope Edition' of AwareNow Magazine (www.awarenowmagazine.com).
