"A Tottenham shirt is the only one you can wear at Ajax without being violated" For decades there has been been an affinity between Tottenham and Ajax. At Spurs you’d often see flags flown that bore the XXX of Amsterdam as well as the badge of our own beloved club. But how does such a connection manifest itself, why where there is no geographical reason for Ajax and Tottenham to be mentioned in the same breath, do both sets of supporters acknowledge each other in the way they do?
