We will go Inside Out of Faith together as we continue focusing on how scripture speaks to our mental health and wellness this year. We will examine common emotions that, while not inherently bad, can lead to us feeling unwell. Our faith in Christ makes us well, not physically but in a deeper sense—living life fully and abundantly with faith, hope, contentment, peace, trust, and joy.
