Not allowing uncertainty and potential failure keep you from doing what needs to be done.  Resilience - James Dyson of Dyson Vacuums spent five years working on a prototype and built more than 5000  of them before it became a household name.  This type of resilience is a must-have for entrepreneurs.  Receptive - Receptive to constructive criticism.
