Don't know if you've heard but the ol'Queen City is growing! Growing like a weed in the summer! Growing like hope in playoff season! Like fondness as a heart grapples with absence. And to manage all that growing responsibly, city council recently passed an updated Growth Plan. It's a big, complicated document and to help us understand what it is, why it is and what it does, Deb Bryden, director of city planning & community development, and Luke Grazier, acting director of sustainable infrastructure, took the alternate service elevator down to the QCIB subbasement to explain it all to us.
