That’s not just something your parents say—it’s straight from Scripture (Proverbs 10:18–19). Whether it’s texting in a group chat, snapping back during an argument, or just talking without thinking, our words reveal what’s going on in our hearts. At the same time, life can feel like a constant battle—like Peter in Acts 12, stuck in a prison with no way out. But here’s the amazing thing: when God’s people prayed, God moved. Psalm 18 reminds us that He’s our Rock and Rescuer.
