What if you were only corrected and never affirmed? What if children were only corrected and never affirmed? I believe all of us would agree that the greatest way to influence someone is through more affirmation and less correction. Both are vital to our growth, but we often times have them out of balance. On Sunday, we will return to Deuteronomy 6:4-7 as we look at our responsibility to influence those we are in relationship with through affirmation birthed out of our primary relationship to the Father. We will be breaking down verses 6 and 7 in depth and see how we can each grow into a person of great influence!
