It was a big Saturday for the Texas Longhorns as baseball, softball and basketball were all in action, in addition the football team hosting a huge recruiting event for rising juniors. The basketball team, after dropping a frustrating loss to the conference-leading Kansas State Wildcats, managed to bounce back with a convincing win over the Oklahoma State Cowboys. Which version of the Texas Longhorns should fans expect to see heading into the final five games of the regular season as they try to build their NCAA Tournament resume? The Junior Day festivities for Tom Herman and company netted two big-time commitments for the 2020 recruiting cycle, four-star athlete Mookie Cooper and four-star offensive tackle Jaylen Garth. The pledges from two highly-coveted players continues the momentum from the 2019 group, specifically along the trenches, as Texas now has three huge OL commitments - all from the state of Texas (18:30).
